Strategic Planning Sessions

Providing direction for your cooperative is a core function of a board member. Boards are stewards and caretakers of the cooperative. It is critical the board get together and have a non-traditional meeting. This meeting is an opportunity for the board or staff to assess current business environment, evaluate current business direction and set where they want the cooperative to go. It is also an opportunity to enhance collaboration, which in turn will allow the cooperative to better serve member-owners in the immediate, near and distant future.
