Membership Information

Local cooperative members are marketing, purchasing, or service agricultural cooperatives formed and existing pursuant to the laws of the State of Oklahoma or any other local marketing, purchasing, or service agricultural cooperative not domiciled in Oklahoma.  (All marketing, purchasing, or service agricultural cooperatives not domiciled in Oklahoma, at their option, may apply for membership as an "Associate B" member if they do NOT desire the right to vote.

This membership also applies to any Limited Liability Corporation or other legal partnerships or corporations when 100% of the said entity’s owners, whether one or more, are all voting members of Oklahoma Agricultural Cooperative Council, Inc.

This class of membership is voting.

Regional Cooperative are any statewide, regional, national, or multinational cooperative that has an interest in being a member of the organization. This class of membership is voting.

Associate members are social organizations, educational organizations, and other entities and organizations not cooperative in form but interested in the promotion of agricultural cooperatives. This class of membership is non-voting.

Associate B members are marketing, purchasing, or service agricultural cooperatives formed and existing pursuant to the laws of a state other than the State of Oklahoma.  (All marketing, purchasing, or service agricultural cooperatives, at their option, may apply for membership as a full "Local Cooperative" member if they desire to vote. This class of membership is non-voting.
